ollowing her passion for both the business world as well as different cultures and languages, Sabine Bastisch studied International Management and Business Arabic in Germany, Tunisia and Jordan.
After working in multicultural teams within large organisations in Germany and Qatar, she returned to Tunis in 2015 and joined Samari Consulting to set up the company’s Soft Skills Coaching division.
Today, she heads Samari Consulting’s HR Services & Soft Skills Division, providing clients with tailor-made Soft Skills and Leadership development sessions, as well as effective guidance to develop and optimise their HR processes.
Having refined intercultural skills and being fluent in Tunisian Arabic, French, English, and German, she succeeds to create lasting impact by helping her clients acquire valuable soft skills, as well as driving positive change within their organisations.
