Hedi Samari is the Founder and CEO of Samari Consulting. As an award-winning and versatile headhunter, he has 20+ years experience in the industry, working across a diverse range of sectors and placing senior/director level candidates in companies. Born in London to Tunisian parents, he attended the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle, before attending Royal Holloway University and Sorbonne Paris IV, where he studied History.
After building his expertise and managing departments in internationally renowned headhunting firms focused on Europe, Africa and the Middle East, he followed his entrepreneurial ambitions and re-located to Tunis to found Samari Consulting, covering the African market.
Constantly keeping his finger on the pulse of the market and its needs, he successfully drove the company to mature into a one-stop solution for HR services, encompassing all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and talent lifecycle management, through to Soft Skills & Leadership development and HR process optimisation.
